What is Coaching ?

Coaching is not about handing over readymade solutions. Coaching is not about advising and telling you what to do. Coaching is not therapy as we don’t focus on the past but essentially on the present and the future. Coaching is about empowering you to discover or rediscover your inner self resources, your own truth and see what is possible so you can get unstuck, take action and move forward. Coaching relies on the beautiful and deep belief that we are all Creative, Resourceful and Whole. We actually all have the means and answers within us ... It is all about unlocking them!

How, when and what ?

Our coaching sessions will take place over zoom or face to face if permitted given current Covid-19 restrictions. Sessions would take place every two to three weeks. Prices and packages tend to be bespoke and tailored to you. So please reach out if you would like to have that free of charge “Chemistry session” and explore how we can work together. Coaching will be a journey and the work and transformation will happen as much during as in between the sessions as you give yourself the time and space for reflection and integration.
